• HLED 250 - Teaching Methods for Middle/Secondary Health Education 3 cr.
• HLED 340 - Curriculum and Coordinated School Health Programs 3 cr.
• HLED 390 - Wellness and Drugs 3 cr.
• HLED 427 - Practical Teaching Experiences in K-12 Health Education 3 cr. (HLED 280  required for elementary education majors)

• FN 151 - Contemporary Nutrition 2 cr. or
• FN 253 - Introduction to Nutrition and Nutrient Metabolism 3 cr. (physical education majors must take FN 253 )
